DAY 02 / DELHI - JABALPUR BY AIR

Morning transfer to airport in time to board flight for Jabalpur.

Located at the centre of the State of Madhya Pradesh in India, Jabalpur District is one of the most important cities in the State. It is situated in the ‘Mahakaushal’ region of the State and gets its name from history being the native land of the great 'Jabali Rishi'. The holy 'Narmada' river flows through the District which is the major drinking water source for the District.There is a multipurpose 'Bargi Dam' Project on this river. Known world-over for its 'Marble Rocks' and the 'Dhuandhar' water falls,the tourist site 'Bhedaghat' is also located in the district. The 'Madan Mahal fort' is located in the City.

Afternoon guided city sightseeing tour visiting Madan Mahal Fort, Bhedaghat and Dhuandhar fall.

Marble Rocks -The perpendicular magnesium limestone rocks fringe the crystal clear placid waters of the Narmada providing a fascinating site. Boating facilities are available between November-May. Boating on a moonlit night, when the whole stretch of water is transformed into a sheet of liquid silver is absolutely magical. In the narrow channel of the mighty river, there is a place approached so closely from the opposite banks that the local people have aptly named it the "Monkey's Leap”.

Dhuandhar Falls -The Narmada, making its way through the Marble Rock,s narrows down and then plunges in a waterfall known as Dhuandhar or the smoke casade. So powerful is the plunge that its roar is heard from a far distance. The falls and the breaking of the volume of water at the crest present an awesome spectacle of Nature's power unleashed.

DAY 03 / JABALPUR - BANDHAVGARH BY SURFACE (195 KMS / 4.5 HRS)

Morning proceed to Bandhavgarh enroute visiting countryside and on arrival transfer to your hotel.

Bandhavgarh National Park is spread at vindhya hills in Madhya Pradesh. Bandhavgarh National Park consists of a core area of 105 sq km and a buffer area of approximately 400 sq km of topography varies between steep ridges, undulating, forest and open meadows. Bandhavgarh National Park is known for the Royal Bengal Tigers. The density of the Tiger population at Bandhavgarh is the highest known in India.

DAY 04 / BANDHAVGARH

Full day guided visit of Bandhavgarh National Park.

The biggest attraction of this land is the Tiger and its sightings. Bandhavgarh has a very high density of Tigers within the folds of its marvelous Jungles. Probably the highest in the world! The 105 sq kms of park area, open for tourists is reported to have 22 Tigers, a density of 1 Tiger for every 4.7 sq kms. This is also the White tiger country. These have been found in the old state of Rewa for many years. Maharaja Martand Singh captured the last known in 1951. This white Tiger, Mohun is now stuffed and on display in the Palace of Maharaja of Rewa.

DAY 05 / BANDHAVGARH - KANHA BY SURFACE (230 KMS / 5.5 HRS)

Morning proceed to Kanha enroute visiting countryside. On arrival transfer to your hotel.

Kanha National park is located in Banjar and Halon valleys in the Mandla / Balaghat districts of the state of Madhya Pradesh. Kanha National Park is one of the India’s finest tiger reserves. It is spread more than 940 sq km in a horse shoe shaped valley bound by the spurs of the Mekal range the park presents a varies topography.

Kanha national park is more famous for its wildlife; the natural beauty of its landscape is just as fascinating. One of the best locations to enjoy that bounty is Bammi Dadar, also known as the sunset point..

DAY 06 / KANHA

Full day guided visit of Kanha National Park.

Kanha also shelters one of the largest populations of the tigers in the country. Some of the other larger animal species found in the park are sloth bear, leopard, striped hyena, spotted dear, wild boar, jungle cat, jackal and a variety of monkeys. Over 200 spices of birds have been spotted in the park.

DAY 07 / KANHA - JABALPUR  BY SURFACE (165 KMS / 4 hrs)

Morning guided visit of Kanha National Park and later proceed to Jabalpur enroute visiting countryside.

Evening free for independent activities.

DAY 08 / JABALPUR OUT BY AIR

Morning transfer to airport in time to board flight for onward destination. Check-out time is 12 noon.
